SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We will include in each of the 144 golfers' goodie bag a suitable item promoting your business that you provide to us. Items must be received prior to June 1st. Examples include promotional pens, golf balls, tees, lip balm, discount coupons, etc. Use your imagination!

(Notice of Typographical Error: The sponsor registration forms that accompanied our initial mailer incorrectly stated that "Tee Sponsor" included 2 player entries. It does not. "Tee Sponsors" receive two tee signs with their company logo - one at the clubhouse, and one on a tee box. We sincerely apologize for any confusion.)

Includes: 2 Tee Signs; 4 player tournament entries; 4 custom "Gold Sponsor" commemorative personalized golf shirts with each player's name embroidered on his or her shirt; our special promotional package (see below); your choice of available tee box space for your company to set up a promotional booth (no outside food or beverage sales allowed by the Golf Club at Fernley); and the knowledge that you are helping Rotary help our community.
Gold and Silver promotional packages include: Gold and Silver Sponsor recognition during tournament announcements; sponsor recognition on advertising posters, auction programs, and our club's website; website links to Gold and Silver Sponsor business websites from our website; individual Gold and Silver sponsor "Thank You" posters to be displayed in the club house on tournament day.
Gold promotional packages also include: sponsor mention in all pre-tournament and post-tournament press releases (we cannot guarantee inclusion, as some media outlets may, at their own discretion, elect to not include all information submitted).
